- Transgenders, like Michelle A.K.A. Miguel Martinez are now legally permitted to be in the same bathroom as his 10 year old female victim. He was a “friend of the family” and was found guilty of raping this little ten-year-old girl in a private home. Nurses documented evidence of abuse and rape.
- Although the little girl will suffer a lifetime, Martinez faces 70 years in jail for the first and second degree sexual abuse of a minor. Like most rape victims, Martinez was know to the victim. The rape was reported immediately to the mother who then then reported to the Casper Police, in Wyoming.
August 2012- 2013: A growing movement to install gender- neutral bathrooms at a university campuses.
August 2014: Austin approved a law that required gender-neutral signage on single occupancy bathrooms.
December 2015: Washington State clarified that existing law allowed transgender people to use bathrooms consistent with their gender identity.
February 2016: A new law in Charlotte effectively allowed transgender people to use bathrooms that match their gender identity.
March 23, 2016: Miguel Martinez, a “family friend”, sexually assaulted and penetrated a 10-year-old little girl. Our investigation reveals that Miguel prefers to be called Michelle, but has not formally changed his name.
October 18, 2017: Miguel Martinez was found guilty of sexual assault and could be sentenced to more than 70 years of prison.
Miguel Martinez was reported by a family friend to the Wyoming Police for allegedly sexually abusing her ten-year-old daughter last May. According to local police, the mother stated that Martinez lead the girl into a bathroom. During the investigation, the 10 year old girl told police that “it hurt inside”, referring to her vagina. The post rape sexual assault examination, conducted by the nurses at the Wyoming Medical Center, documented redness and abrasions on the little girl’s genitals, confirming that penetration and rape had occurred.
After the assault was reported, Martinez was found drunk on a couch, passed out. Police state when he finally came in to the station, Martinez was” combative, hostile, and defensive.” The transgender claimed the child was “talking crap” and unethically added that the young girl was pulling a “publicity stunt”
Martinez was convicted on Thursday and faces 70 years for the first and second degree sexual assault of a minor.
Martinez was accused of beating his boyfriend with a broomstick in 2014.

Martinez, “a friend of the family”, pleaded not guilty and claimed the trial is about LBGT people and accused his 10-year-old victim was fabricated a publicity stunt.
