A federal grand jury indicted Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo this week on charges of illegal re-entry. This indictment occurred after Villasenor-Saucedo struck and killed two women with his vehicle. He fled the scene of the crime and a warrant was later issued for his arrest. As he was investigated, law enforcement found that he had been previously deported from the United States eight times.
He was originally charged with fleeing the scene of a fatal accident. If convicted of the re-entry charge, he faces a maximum of two years in prison.
